PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest location in the Greater Houston area, located at 1021 Lake Olympia Parkway, within the Commons at Lake Olympia shopping center. The new store kicks off its celebration on Thursday, August 14, 2025, with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony.
This grand opening marks the ninth PJ’s Coffee location in the Greater Houston area and continues the beloved brand’s expansion across Texas. Known for its small-batch roasted coffee, warm southern hospitality, and signature beignets, PJ’s Coffee brings an authentic taste of New Orleans to the heart of Missouri City.
To celebrate, guests have the chance to win big. On Thursday, August 14th between 11:30am-1:30pm, all guests will receive a free 16 oz. hot or iced coffee, enjoy a spin wheel with giveaways, pastry samples, and enter for a chance to win free coffee for a year. In addition, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 12pm with the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. Finally, as a thank-you to local heroes, PJ’s Coffee will also offer an ongoing 10% discount to teachers, students, healthcare workers, first responders, veterans, active military, and law enforcement.
The Missouri City location is open Monday through Friday from 5:30am-7:30pm, Saturday from 6am-7pm & Sunday from 6am-6:30pm, providing the morning crowd and weekend guests with a welcoming spot to enjoy a full menu of espresso-based beverages, iced drinks, energy drinks, breakfast pastries, and the brand’s famous beignets made fresh daily.
