On Saturday, August 16 at 8:30 PM, the San Antonio River Foundation invites the public to a free, one-night-only immersive concert at Confluence Park, located at 310 W Mitchell St, San Antonio, TX. The performance will showcase original compositions by emerging artists from across the U.S., inspired by the cultural and ecological layers of the San Antonio River.
About The Performance
“This river is one of our region’s most powerful teachers. We want these composers to experience not just the beauty of the water, but the layers of meaning embedded in it—from its indigenous roots to today’s restoration efforts.”
PAMELA MARTINEZ, founder of Teletextile & Community Engagement Manager for San Antonio River Foundation
