The James Beard Award–recognized Castle Hills neighborhood restaurant, Clementine, is kicking off the New Year with a refreshed lineup of community-centered culinary events. From intimate, educational gatherings like Salon with John to the return of beloved favorites such as Patio & Pearls.
WHAT:
The chef-guided Salon series with James Beard Award finalist John Russ returns January 14–15. Limited to just 12 guests per night, this intimate experience invites diners to enjoy a five-course prix-fixe menu, each course expertly paired with carefully selected wines.
Community favorite Patio & Pearls makes its grand return on Thursday, January 15. This monthly gathering offers an evening of connection and conversation under the Texas sky, with live, easygoing tunes from local artist Chris Guerrero setting the mood.
San Antonio locals and visitors are invited to celebrate eight remarkable years in the Castle Hills community with a one-day-only lunch on Friday, January 16. The afternoon’s prix-fixe menu takes guests on a journey through the restaurant’s eight-year history, as owners and chefs John and Elise Russ guide diners through a blend of reimagined classics and inventive new creations that honor the restaurant’s signature Southern-inspired global cuisine.
