Prominent Mexican Restaurant Hosts Premium NYE 2025 Rooftop Party

The "Toast from the Top" celebration begins at 8pm on Tuesday, December 31st through 1am on January 1st. During the event, patrons will enjoy a unique rooftop experience, including front-row views of the fireworks over the Tower of the Americas. Guests can enjoy their experience on the rooftop with music by DJ Steven Lee Moya from 9pm-1am, a 360 Photo Booth, stunning backdrops, and decorations for the perfect picture opportunities to ring in the new year.

Tickets for the New Year’s Eve celebration are now available on Eventbrite. Individual tickets are $125 and include access to the rooftop lounge, a midnight champagne toast, party favors, a cash bar, and midnight bites (no reserved seating). Guests can also reserve a table for six for $800, which includes six individual tickets, reserved seating, a bottle of premium champagne, and all individual ticket amenities. For larger groups, a reserved table for eight is available for $1,050, offering the same perks with eight individual tickets and a bottle of premium champagne.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older with a valid ID to enter the rooftop lounge. Rosario's parking lot entrance is off S. Presa St., and parking is limited. If interested in dining before the event, patrons can call ahead at (210) 223-1806 to get on the preferred call list. 

Rosario’s has been a part of the San Antonio food scene for 30 years serving up some of the best traditional and contemporary Mexican cuisine in the area to locals and visitors alike. The award-winning restaurant is owned and operated by local restaurateur Lisa Wong. The menu combines traditional south-of-the-border dishes with authentic house specialties, all prepared with a contemporary twist.
