As graduation season approaches, Castle Hills neighborhood restaurant Clementine opens its kitchen to families honoring the milestone with chef-driven, intimate buyout experiences and its @Home program.
Available year-round, both offerings feature flexible, seasonally inspired menus tailored to any size and style of each celebration.
Through its private buyout experiences, graduates can reserve a full Clementine takeover or an open-air patio party under the Texas sky, available for lunch or dinner. Each designed to create a memorable, shared experience around the table.
For @Home celebrations, Clementine chefs bring the full experience to guests’ homes, creating a seamless, stress-free way for graduates and hosts to fully enjoy the moment. Guests can choose from two menu formats, including Clementine Best Loved, a five-course showcase of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes, or Clementine Custom, a multi-course menu tailored to each family’s preferences.
In addition, guests can elevate either option with the restaurant’s cooking classes and demonstrations led by renowned chefs John and Elise Russ, bringing an interactive, hands-on experience to both settings.
At the heart of every Clementine experience is a commitment to community, hospitality, and connection. Whether celebrating in the dining room or at home, recent grads are invited to gather and mark milestones through thoughtfully crafted food that brings people together.

About Clementine
Opened in 2018 in the Castle Hills community of San Antonio, Clementine is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant serving seasonal, innovative eats in a modern and lively atmosphere. Led by Chef John Russ, a 2023 James Beard Award Nominee for Best Chef: Texas, and Pastry Chef Elise Russ, the menu features bold, globally inspired flavors through a rotating selection of small plates, generous platters, produce-forward “sideboard” options, and nostalgic, imaginative desserts.
