Clementine, the acclaimed Castle Hills neighborhood restaurant, concludes Women’s History Month on March 25 with Clay & Cuisine, a one-night-only dinner collaboration starting at 5 p.m. with San Antonio ceramic artist Jesselyn Gordon.
Rooted in seasonality and craft, the evening brings together culinary expression and ceramic artistry through a three-course prix fixe menu created by chefs John and Elise Russ. Guests will choose from three options per course, with dishes such as country-fried quail, braised lamb shank, and lemon soufflé tart with basil ice cream. The dinner is priced at $115 per person.
Throughout the evening, guests will dine on a selection of ceramics, including a handcrafted bowl created by Gordon. During one course, her work will take center stage, and at the end of the meal each guest will receive that bowl to take home as a keepsake from the experience.
Clay & Cuisine reflects so much of what Clementine stands for: seasonal cooking, creative expression, and supporting talented local makers. Jesselyn’s work adds a beautiful layer to the dining experience, and we’re proud to celebrate her craft while highlighting women-owned businesses during Women’s History Month.

Guests will also have the opportunity to browse and purchase Gordon’s newest ceramic collection, including vases, bowls, and other handcrafted pieces.

Opened in 2018 in the Castle Hills community of San Antonio, Clementine is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant serving seasonal, innovative eats in a modern and lively atmosphere.
