Maverick Texas Brasserie, located in Southtown San Antonio, is ushering in Easter with a chef-driven, French-Texas-inspired buffet on April 5 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For the one-day-only observance, renowned chef Ed Ebert presents a chef-crafted menu celebrating the flavors of Spring. The all-you-can-eat buffet features salad-forward starters and savory sides, an oak-fired prime rib carving station, and a selection of French-influenced house-made desserts.
Additional menu highlights include hearty proteins such as seared Atlantic salmon and chicken piccata, alongside brunch classics like Maverick’s French toast.
The buffet is priced at $75 per person and $35 for children 10 and under.
The experience is complemented by Easter drink and wine specials, including a refreshing white sangria, a sparkling Nouvelle Spritz, and a celebratory selection of bubbles and white wines.
