Puebla-Inspired Fresh Bowl & Co. Celebrates Grand Opening of First U.S. Location in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX - Fresh Bowl & Co. is currently welcoming guests during its soft opening in Stone Oak ahead of the official grand opening celebration of its first U.S. location on Saturday, October 17, 2026. The locally and family-owned fast-casual concept, known for customizable bowls, salads and wraps, will kick off the celebration at 115 N Loop 1604 E, Suite 2103, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:45 a.m., followed by doors opening at 11 a.m. and festivities through 6 p.m.

Fresh Bowl & Co.’s arrival in Stone Oak brings a restaurant concept shaped by more than 15 years of operating experience in Puebla, Mexico, to the U.S. for the first time. Founded in 2025 and inspired by the team’s experience with Salad Bowl, a personalized healthy-food concept developed in Mexico, Fresh Bowl & Co. chose San Antonio as the starting point for its U.S. story, translating that experience into a locally owned restaurant created for the Stone Oak community.

Customization is at the center of the Fresh Bowl & Co. experience. Guests can create bowls, salads and wraps from more than 50 fresh ingredients, more than 10 protein options and more than 10 dressings, choosing from bases such as fresh greens, brown rice, white rice and pasta before adding vegetables, cheeses, fruits, toppings and other ingredients. The menu is designed to give guests flexibility to build anything from a lighter salad to a hearty warm bowl or made-to-order wrap.

Fresh Bowl & Co.’s approach is rooted in fresh ingredients, unique toppings, made-from-scratch sauces and high-quality proteins. The restaurant pairs that variety with friendly, personalized service in a clean and welcoming environment, giving guests the ability to create a meal around their own tastes and appetite.

The October 17 grand opening will give guests an opportunity to experience the concept while taking part in a full day of special offers and activities. The first 50 people in line will receive a free bowl, excluding proteins and extras. Guests waiting in line can sample proteins and sauces, with additional samples available at a table near the front entrance

Guests who make a purchase can also take on Fresh Bowl & Co.’s “Stop the Clock” challenge. Participants who stop the clock at exactly five seconds will receive Fresh Bowl apparel, with prizes including hoodies, tote bags and hats. Grand opening guests will also receive a promotional flyer for a free soup and fountain drink with their next purchase, valid through October 31, 2026.
