The Tower Burger features a signature chuck-and-brisket blend patty stacked with tomato, cooked onion, beets, bacon, avocado, mushroom, egg, and the list goes on.
John Green developed the recipe for this burger during the COVID-19 pandemic while in quarantine. Using pantry staples and produce he had on hand, he created what would become the Tower Burger. After sharing his masterpiece on social media, it quickly gained high demand.

The reputation of his company exploded and after numerous successful openings, John moved on to consulting for and operating restaurants and bars around the world.
