Sidecar, the vintage speakeasy located in the heart of downtown New Braunfels, is celebrating the arrival of 2026 with a New Year’s Eve Masquerade Party on Dec. 31.
Keeping in line with the property's historic charm, the evening transports guests with its Renaissance-inspired celebration. Attendees can look forward to a moody ambiance, an intimate setting, award-worthy cocktails and live entertainment by The Dirty River Jazz Band from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
In addition to craft cocktails, the bar features an elevated menu of tapas. Sidecar's food offerings are available to all guests until 10:45 p.m.
To ensure guests secure a seat, patrons are encouraged to make reservations. Reservations for this year’s New Year’s Eve Masquerade celebration are available until 10 p.m., with a two-hour time limit for all bookings made before that time. A $15 cover charge will apply to guests arriving after 10 p.m.
Sidecar maintains a $75 per person no-show and same-day cancellation policy for all reservations.
Locals and visitors looking to enjoy a pre-event cocktail can stop by The Parlour Bar, located inside Prince Solms Inn above Sidecar, which will be open to the public from 5 p.m. to midnight.
