SAN ANTONIO, TX - Clementine is inviting San Antonio dessert lovers to gather for Slice Swap, a community cake party celebrating fall flavors, on Saturday, Oct 3, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will take place at the restaurant, located at 2195 NW Military Highway, with no entry fee.
The format is simple: each participant brings one whole cake to share and leaves with an assortment of slices from other guests’ cakes. Along the way, attendees can spend time with fellow dessert lovers, enjoy cake together and discover what others have brought to the table.
Designed as a casual community gathering, Slice Swap welcomes participants to celebrate the season through a shared love of cake. Rather than choosing just one dessert, guests can sample a variety of cakes and take home slices to enjoy later.
Participants should bring their own take-home containers and labels identifying their cake and its ingredients. Wine and coffee will be available for purchase during the event, giving guests the opportunity to linger over cake and conversation.

Slice Swap is an annual tradition I love because it brings people together over something as simple as cake,” said Elise Russ, pastry chef and co-owner of Clementine. “Everyone brings something to share, and you get to taste what others have made, connect with fellow dessert lovers and leave with a little bit of everything.
