Clementine, located at 2195 Northwest Military Highway, San Antonio, TX 78213, combines the artistry of fine dining and ceramics with its Clay & Cuisine event. The event will feature a 3-course meal on Tuesday, August 26, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Guests attending will receive a take-home hand-crafted ceramic bowl made by local artist Jesslyn Gordon.
Clementine, in collaboration with local artist Jesslyn Gordan, owner and ceramic artist of Thrown Studio, is introducing a new, unique dining experience in San Antonio. Jesslyn has crafted handmade ceramic bowls that guests will use during the service. At the end of the meal, each guest will have the opportunity to take home their personalized ceramic bowl as a keepsake.
All bowls are carefully cleaned and packaged after the meal, making them ready for guests to use at home. Each bowl reflects Jesslyn’s signature style, offering guests a one-of-a-kind piece to remember the Clay & Cuisine experience.
Chef-owner and James Beard Award finalist John Russ, along with Pastry Chef and owner Elise Russ, created the evening’s menu, featuring flavors from all over the globe. Menu items featured for the Clay & Cuisine event include the following:
